WHAT WE OFFER

KIDS BOXING AND REGULAR BOXING
Children and adult boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques such as; stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook. It increases strength and improves endurance. We aim to give the kids a chance to unlock and build their athletic abilities.

KETTLEBELL
>The kettlebell workout is comprised of a variety of movements such as the swing and the snatch, that ramp up strength and stability. Exercising with kettlebells targets all of the major muscle groups as well as the stabilizing muscles delivering a full body workout in an extremely short amount of time.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
A circuit is a series of strength or cardio exercises (or both) repeated two or three times with little or no rest between sets. It is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Our scope of practice is to enhance the components of fitness for our clients. We bolster proper exercise that may result in improved body composition, physical performance, heart condition and health outcomes. We pay close attention to our clients exercise form, workout routine, and nutrition plan. We achieve this by measuring our customer’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.
